Virtual PC for Mac

What is it?

Virtual PC is part of the Microsoft Office suite for Macintosh. It allows you to mimic a PC environment on your Macintosh. It's quite handy if you want to run programs that aren't available for the Mac. However, it can require drivers for network cards in order to function, which can make it a bit difficult to manage.

How do I get it?

Pomona College offers Virtual PC under our Microsoft Office site license. It is available to our users upon request.

How do I use it?

That's a rather lengthy discussion to be going into here. If you need help using Virtual PC, check the Microsoft Virtual PC official home page, where you can find much more detailed information about the program and its use.
