Safari
What is it?
Safari is the default web browser for Macintosh computers. It has
tabbed browsing and a pop-up blocker (both of which are turned off by default). Safari also recognizes
RSS, which provides a list of updated links on the website.
How do I get it?
Safari is included when you install OS X. You can find it in the Applications folder.
How do I use it?
Safari works like most other web browsers. If you wish to enable
tabbed browsing, you can turn it on under the
Tabs tab at the top of the Safari Preferences window. The pop-up blocker is also enabled under Safari Preferences in the
Security tab.
