Troubleshooting
It's not working!
Yeah, that happens. We're not exactly sure why, but sometimes the connector will drop the ball, as it were. It'll probably start working in a little while, but we do have a few specific answers below.
I entered my e-mail address incorrectly and now I can't log in!
Go to Start > Control Panel > Mail
Click Classic View on the left sidebar if you can't see the Mail icon
Here you can change the settings of your MyMail account, or create a new one (if you do this, you must delete the old one first).
Outlook closes every time I open it!
Go to Start > Control Panel > Mail
Click Classic View on the left sidebar if you can't see the Mail icon
There is probably something wrong with your account settings. Double-check any settings to make sure that your e-mail address, password are correct, etc.
It didn't automatically prompt me to set up my MyMail account
Go to Start > Control Panel > Mail
Click Classic View on the left sidebar if you can't see the Mail icon
Click the E-mail Accounts... button
Click New...
Select Microsoft Office Outlook Connector option and you should be back to Step 6
