The Helpdesk is a student-staffed tech center that functions as the main student resource for tech support and information. We are open 9AM-12AM Mon-Thurs with abbreviated hours Fri-Sun (see hours of operation).
All Helpdesk services are free for Pomona students.

Services
The Helpdesk offers broad tech support for general and Pomona-related problems such as virus and spyware infections, general computer mischief, and even limited data recovery.
Limitations: ITS policy prohibits student consultants from performing hardware repair on your computer (that is, taking it apart in search of a faulty component). More information...
