What do I do if I'm having a problem in a computer lab?
If you're working in the ITB Lab during staffed hours, you can just come up to the Helpdesk and ask a consultant for help. If you're working in one of the other computer labs, you can send us an e-mail at helpdesk@pomona.edu or call us at x18062. PLEASE DO NOT leave notes on broken computers or printers in other labs! We don't regularly visit the smaller labs around campus, and if we're not contacted directly about a problem, it can go unfixed for a long time.
