I tried printing something but nothing happened! How do I get my print quota back?

These instructions have been moved to the ITS Knowledge Base [http://helpdesk.pomona.edu].
You will be redirected in a moment.

There are a few unfortunant instances, such as a printer breaking down, or cancelling a print job using the printer's Cancel button, when you'll try to print something on a Pomona printer but you won't actually get a hard copy. Unfortunately, your print balance is charged as soon as it gets sent to the printer in question (i.e. is released from the scribe queue)--cancelling later won't give you back your quota.

Your best recourse is to find an ITS employee as soon as the problem happens and ask for a print refund. The easiest way to do this is by contacting the ITS helpdesk. Unfortunately, the longer you wait, the less chance there is of us being able to refund you your balance. frown
