How much e-mail can my Pomona account hold?

These instructions have been moved to the ITS Knowledge Base [http://helpdesk.pomona.edu].
You will be redirected in a moment.

Students with old Outlook Web Access e-mail accounts that can hold 100 MB worth of messages and students who have migrated over to the new MyMail service have up to 5 gigabytes of storage (~47 times more!). As you approach the limit, a series of annoying daily warnings will start appearing in your mailbox. If you go over the limit you won't be able to send, and, eventually, receive messages until you reduce the number of messages being stored.

Faculty and staff have higher quotas but will receive equivalent messages when they are approaching or over their quotas.

If you start going over the limit, check out these tips for cleaning out your inbox.
