DVD Drive

A DVD drive is a piece of hardware that allows your computer to read DVDs (Digital Video Discs or Digital Versatile Discs depending on who you ask). It looks similiar to a CD-ROM drive, and DVD drives often include CD-ROM drives and CD burners all in the same piece of hardware. Check the front of your drive if you're not sure what kind of you have. Most new computers now come with a DVD drive of some sort.
