Adobe Photoshop

What is it?

Photoshop is part of the Adobe Creative Suite. It's a powerful, versatile, and popular image editing program. Pomona even offers a class in the use of Photoshop. (Seriously. It's in the art department. I've heard it's pretty fun.) If you're looking to put together a poster, tweak some snapshots, or fake a picture or two, Photoshop can be very useful.

Where can I get it?

Due to licensing concerns, Pomona is no longer offering Photoshop and the other Adobe products for private student use. However, Photoshop is available in any of the Pomona computer labs. If you really need a copy for your own computer, you can do a Google search for Photoshop to find a decent deal on the software.
