Acrobat lets you create, view, and edit .pdf files. The .pdf file format is fairly common, so it's a good idea to have some version of this program on your computer.
Where can I get it?
Due to licensing concerns, Pomona is no longer offering Acrobat and the other Adobe products for private student use. However, it is available in all of the computer labs around campus.
